Ballet

The pirouette, a spin around on one leg, is one of the most difficult of all dance steps. To do a pirouette, you must make a complete turn around yourself, while balancing on one leg. A pirouette may be performed en dehors (turning away from the supporting leg) or en dedans (turning toward the supporting leg).

4 Basic Rules of doing a pirouette:

• Stand in fourth position.


• Both legs should be straight.


• If your right foot is in front, make sure your left arm is facing the front, and vice versa.


• Fix your eyes on a spot at eye level

Sometimes, our spiritual life is liken to the life of a ballerinas. there're times that we fall, but there are also times that we're in our peak condition. Ballerinas get injured all the times during training, but their main focus is the stage. Their lives revolves around ballet and only ballet.

To be a Ballerina is the job to take charge. With the disposition and confidence you can accomplish anything in your dreams. The main point is you have to work hard and show your ability, strength so you can have the best in things ahead of your life.

So many things happened recently. People that were so strong fell, people who encouraged me isn't here suddenly. Things that I didn't expect happened. I'm still not able to digest certain news. But I got to take charge. Of my thinking, of my emotions. I felt God impression that i got to be like a ballerina : to have only one focus.

I can still remember this service that i was in at JW. That week was a tough week, i was shaken. I told myself that that service would be my last service. But somehow, when service started, i realised that i couldn't bear to leave. As the first praise song sang: I can't imagine a life without You, without You. Cause its all for You, yes its all for You Lord. I started to tear, yes, during praise. Just like a ballerina who has to place the stage as her focus, we have to place our focus on God. After that service, i felt charged up & ready to fight on again. Many times, its our decision that makes the difference. Everyone will fall someday, but its a matter of whether we want to stand up again on our feet and be even stronger than before or just let our lives go back to the point when we don't know the Lord. That service was a turning point for my spiritual life. I began to cherish my relationship w God even more.

Now, 3 years and 11 months into this relationship with God. It has been a amazing journey. It wasn't exactly smooth-sailing but God is good. Fell so many times, but He always picks me up again and again. Broke His heart a million times, but He's still so faithful. This is the God I know, is this the God you know too? :D

Its currently 4:41am but i'm still not yet asleep. Amazing, i know. Especially when i have tuition at 10AM tomorrow morning, at AMK! if God is not going to save me, i'm definitely dead tomorrow.

I turned on the TV when on my bed in the afternoon.
Mama : what are you trying to do?
Me : I want to watch 娱乐百分百.
Mama : i thought you just took your medicine and want to sleep?
Me : Aiya, i can watch and sleep at the same time.

I didn't realise how stupid that sentence was until my mum gave me that weird weird look. AHAHA.

GOD! how i love my macbook now ! ): stupid ASUS is like so difficult to use. Got alot of stupid problems. I nvr had such problems with Mac. grr!
